Why is there a white silicone lock inside the kettle? The function of the silicone is to detect the water temperature. When the water boils, the silicone senses enough water vapor to trigger the switch to auto-shut off. It is made of food-grade silicone, so users can rest assured when using it.
Why does the bottom rust? That would be due to food residue remaining in the kettle for a long time, which will corrode the interior and destroy the protective layer on the stainless steel surface, resulting in rust. To prevent this, please dry up and descale the kettle at least once a week.
Why does the kettle leak? This may be caused by overfilling the water. Please do not add water exceeding the "MAX LINE" marked on the interior.
