Users can customize their pizza oven by adjusting the ratio of top and bottom heaters from 0 to 100% and the convection fan speed for different types of heating zones. To bake a perfect thick pizza, the bottom heaters can be set at 70% power and the top heaters at 30% for a crispy crust and perfectly melted cheesy toppings.

The Bravo convection oven is programmed with 12 cooking functions, such as air fry, toast, grill, bake, roast, slow cook, dehydrate, and defrost. It also features 100 one-touch recipe presets for easy cooking without the guesswork. With the upgraded convection system, the temperature difference between each layer is only 0-1°F, making multi-layer cooking more even and efficient than ever before, saving time and energy.

The Bravo air fryer oven features a cooking temperature range from 50°F to 500°F in precise 5°F increments, with selectable fan speeds from 0 to 3. The Bravo XL Pro with Grill can easily accommodate two 13-inch pizzas, a 10-lb chicken, a 6-lb roast, or 2-lb French fries, making it suitable for large families and gatherings. Its compact size of 20" x 12.88" x 11.13" with an inside depth of 12.5" allows it to fit perfectly in small kitchens, motorhomes, and RVs.

The integrated smart digital thermometer constantly monitors the internal temperature of the food and automatically ends the cooking process when the desired internal temperature is reached. The intuitive digital controls feature an easy-to-read, cool white display for a seamless cooking experience, including panel lock and mute/unmute functions.
