Unlike primitive methods that regulate temperature by turning the heater on and off, Bravo's LINEAR THERMAL (LINEAR T) TECHNOLOGY ensures the heater never turns off while cooking, maintaining the set temperature accurately throughout the process.

The DUAL HEAT ZONES feature allows you to customize the top and bottom heaters, as well as the convection fan, independently for true surround cooking. This is particularly useful for baking a perfect pizza, where you can set the bottom heaters at full power and the top heaters at 30% for a crispy crust and perfectly melted toppings.
